Welcome to Massage By Serenity. By placing an order, accessing, or using our therapeutic and wellness services in Jakarta and Tangerang Selatan, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
Massage By Serenity is a strictly professional, therapeutic, and clean home-service wellness platform. Any requests for illegal, inappropriate, or sexual actions (including requests for sensual services, nudity, or improper behavior) are strictly prohibited. The session will be terminated immediately without any refund, the client will be permanently banned, and we reserve the right to report the incident to local authorities.
1. Scope of Service
We provide premium massage services (Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Traditional Reflexology) delivered directly to your home, apartment, or hotel room. The services are performed strictly by verified, certified, and professional male therapists.
- Male Clients Only: Our platform is designed strictly for male clients served by male therapists.
- Service Time Limits: Standard session hours are between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM WIB daily.
2. Booking & Scheduling Rules
To protect the security of our platform and therapists, every booking must pass through our automatic validation process:
- Mandatory Selections: You must select a specific service package and duration before checkout.
- Accurate Coordinates: You must specify a complete address (including room number or landmark). The therapist will only go to the validated location.
3. Rates, Pricing & Payment Methods
All prices displayed on our website are final and transparent, inclusive of transport fees within our standard coverage areas.
- Direct Payment: Payment must be completed directly to the therapist when they arrive or upon completion of the session.
- Payment Options: We accept cash payments and instant bank transfer directly to the therapist's verified bank account.
4. Cancellation & Change Policies
We value our therapists' time and schedule. Therefore, cancellations are governed by the following rules:
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations can be made for free while the status is still "New" (Baru).

If you cancel the order after the therapist is already in transit or has arrived at the location, you are required to pay a travel compensation fee of Rp 50,000 directly to the therapist.
5. Client Code of Conduct
To maintain the highest quality of therapeutic service, clients are expected to uphold these basic guidelines:
- Hygiene: Please take a warm shower before the therapist arrives to clean your skin, helping the massage oil absorb better.
- Comfortable Environment: Provide a private space (bedroom or quiet area) with sufficient room to set up the massage.
6. Safety & Protection
Massage By Serenity reserves the right to suspend or block any clients who violate these terms, engage in verbal or physical harassment, or fail to complete payments.
