We only collect standard information that you explicitly input in our booking forms to facilitate the session delivery:

Full Name: Used to address you and register your booking record.
WhatsApp Number: Used for sending confirmation messages, live tracking updates, and allowing your therapist to coordinate arrival.
Detailed Address: Used only to direct the therapist to your home, apartment, or hotel room.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly processed to optimize the service flow:

Service Execution: Sharing transit coordinates and client name with the assigned therapist.
Status Tracking: Providing you with a live tracking page link showing your order status (e.g. In Transit, In Session).

3. Data Security & Auto-Cleanup

To keep your information highly secure, we implement secure SSL encryption and database configurations. In addition:

Auto-Cleanup Policy: We periodically run automatic cleanups on our database to permanently purge old, completed, or inactive booking records, reducing data retention.
Access Restrictions: Only authorized system administrators and your assigned therapist can view active coordinates.

4. Local Storage & Cookies

We use lightweight localStorage and cookie settings locally on your browser. This is strictly to remember your active booking code and prefill profile details so you do not have to type them again in future visits.

5. Your Rights & Data Erasure

You have full ownership of your personal data. At any time, you can request our support team to immediately wipe out any active profiles, address details, or historical traces from our server database.
